I'm a little bit vintage, unique and handmade from natural textiles: cotton jersey and cotton velvet jersey, dressed in cotton gauze and stuffed with polyester fiberfill.
I'm soft, sweet and and made for gentle and supervised cuddling until my human friend is 3 years old.

TRACKING NUMBER
With Canada Post, we rarely can have a tracking number for reasonable price except for Canada and United states. For other countries please contact us if you want one ( additional charges will be applied).
DELAYS
Cerise is not responsable for any delay in transit with the post, we ship items within 3-5 open days (except for custom orders) we choose the best option according to the shipping address. We can not give you an exact delivery date, it depends on customs as well as the postal service in each country.
**Please note that during the Christmas holidays, the delivery may be longer, to get your package on time, order as soon as possible.**

CUSTOM ORDER:
You can make a custom order. You just have to contact us
directly on etsy and write a description, pictures of anything that can help us to create your doll.
We do not accept personalized orders at any time, very busy times do not allow us, thank you for your understanding.
No refund or change will be accepted after the payment.
CHANGES ON DOLLS:
If you want us to create a different outfit for a doll that already exist on etsy, it will become a custom order. Depending on the size of the change, we prefer to make a new one to order.
